Low prices. Amazing people
Way lower prices than their competitors. Easy to do online and if you need to speak to a person, everyone is so helpful at sonnet. They are ALWAYS friendly, kind and resolve inquiries quickly. I highly recommend switching over!

My pet test positive for Giardia and…
My pet test positive for Giardia and Fetch Pet Insurance denied the claim. They said because he experienced diarrhea before, there is an exclusionary period of 365 days before diarrhea can be claimed. This is beyond nonsensical given dogs get diarrhea for multiple reasons from something small as changing their food to them eating something they should not have or in my case he contracted a parasite. When I reached out to customer support, they kept reiterating their policy and would refuse to acknowledge we are discussed Giardia, not diarrhea. Their suggestion was for me to get more documentation for a reassessment. They already have all of my pet's medical records since the day I adopted him. They couldn't tell me what additional information to provide when I asked for some guidance. I am at a loss for this situation for something as simple as this claim.
