Lacks reimbursement for basic vaccines
1. Request the past medical records be submitted for each claim- does not seem to keep your pets files, so you must upload each claim. 2. Basic vaccines DO NOT include basic recommended vaccines _ leptospirosis and bordetella

Trustworthy Company!
No one buys pet insurance wanting to use it. However when my Chesapeake Bay Retriever developed a terrible respiratory infection, I was so relieved I had purchased Spot Pet Insurance. Once she recovered, I submitted her bills and in 2 days they were approved. The following day I received a direct deposit of the funds. The submission policy was simple, the review of my request was prompt and the funds were received immediately. Terrific company - highly recommend!!!
