Easy Claims, Courteous Service
Easy to use for claims and taking care of our puppies, but I wished it worked like traditional insurance for people where it paid direct to the provider. Maybe in time. Otherwise I consider this insurance very good. Pay outs are reasonable.

We are puppy parents and decided before we even got a pet that they will be insured. Puppies are like babies into everything. I reviewed all the puppy insurances out there and Spot was the one that best suited our budget and covered what we needed covered. The Welcome Call was not expected but received very well. Spot Insurance reassured us that they had our pups in their best interest.

Excellent customer service
I contacted Fetch on 3/17 to discuss my account. It was a call I didn’t want to make but I had to. To my relief, I was greeted and help by probably the most friendly and helpful customer service person I have ever encountered. Denise Ariale understood my financial worries and helped me see that I could still afford to keep coverage on my two pets. While doing so, she was so friendly and personable. She truly cared about me and my pets’ well being. I thought I was going to have to give up coverage all together. I am retired now but when I was working, I was a manager in the customer service industry. Denise’s manner, knowledge, understanding, and problem solving ability were everything I used to look for in an employee. These are indeed very rare traits to find. Hang on to her!!!
