Helpful, supportive and quick
My dog became very sick overnight. We took her to the local vet twice as she was regressing, not improving. Then we took her to the animal hospital where she spent 2 nights. Needless to say the cost kept rising as we continued to seek out a reason, diagnosis and cure for her sickness. Each time I emailed an invoice to SPOT, I quickly received a thank you, letting me know they are on my case.

ABSOLUTELY WORST INSURANCE COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! Full of hidden fees and policy’s that will work for them so they don’t approve your claim. I’ve talked to atleast 15 people who also have tried to use them, and none have got an approved. I BEG OF YOU, DO NOT USE THE FRAUD COMPANY

Claim process was easy and fast turnaround
We placed a claim and within a short time, it was processed and paid out. I called the representative to clear up some confusion and she was very helpful and understanding. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

My experience with Trupanion has been…excellent
My experience with Trupanion has been excellent. Claims are processed immediately and reimbursement has been within the same week that the claim for services was submitted. Trupanion enables me to give my pets the care that I would otherwise be unable to afford such as ultrasound, cardiology and specialist referrals, hospital stays, and treatment for chronic conditions. I recommend Trupanion to anyone who cares about their pets. I have had Trupanion for almost 20 years with 2 sets of dogs. Customer service can’t be beat!

Turned in my claim which was easy and received a direct deposit in 4 days. Customer service is actually what sold me the agent was kind and asked me a lot of questions about my dog and she spoke about her dog. The other companies just wanted to make a sale they could care less.

Excellent coverage, responsive and caring customer service
We have been Healthy Paws customers since we got our dog back in 2020. We knew we wanted pet insurance all along because it takes the financial question out of big medical decisions when your pup needs medical care, and reduces financial risk to our family so we know we can take care of our pup no matter what life throws at us. We shopped around looking at a bunch of different insurance companies, and eventually settled on Healthy Paws because the coverage is great and the cost is competitive. After being customers for four years and using our insurance to file claims for a few health issues our pet has been affected by, we could not be happier Healthy Paws customers. Submitting a claim is SO EASY, just submit the itemized invoice with no written explanation required, and they process the claim quickly. We take our checks in the mail, but direct deposit is an option as well if you want reimbursement more quickly. Customer service has been responsive and kind whenever we've needed it. We had one claim that was borderline regarding whether we were covered or not, and while it was initially rejected even the appeal process was convenient and Healthy Paws customer support has been excellent throughout. We would highly recommend Healthy Paws to anyone.

The staff is nice and the coverage for…
The staff is nice and the coverage for the price is excellent. I will say this they help both of dogs life with diabetes for years. Where I think they will improve with coverage on well visits. More people would buy the coverage and take there animals to doctors with this coverage.
