It was very easy to set up my house and auto insurance with Sonnet along with getting a better rate than the insurance company we've been with for years without ever submitting a claim and having perfect driving records.

Thank you, Embrace! Embrace is the BEST!
i had a 21 year old cat who died in January. I called Embrace to cancel her maintenance insurance (I could only get maintenance because I didn't insure her before the age of 15.) My vet come over to my house once a week for several years and I never submitted a claim. After my beloved cat died, I called Embrace to cancel her insurance. I spoke with Rachell, and asked her about backdated claims. Between Rachell and Tevana and my vet sending those years of statements, all of my claims over those years have been paid! I am SO grateful for Embrace. Thank you. And I am SO grateful that my other younger cats are insured by Embrace.

I wouldn't trust this insurance 100%…
I wouldn't trust this insurance 100% they are really good at taking your payment but not good at returning calls, give the customer help or anything. I had an accident ( a car changed lanes on me) and i made the claim on their site it says "an adjuster will reach out to you in 1-2 business days" it's already been 2 weeks we tried contacting their support and nothing our adjuster information was not given to us we finally got it, called him and emailed him about 4 times already no response or whatsoever. It's really bad when your car is all broken down and you are just waiting for your insurance company to do something. Really disappointing and this is my first time ever having an accident. Not sure if I will continue with this company after this.

Healthy Paws is Fantastic
Healthy Paws insurance is fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone looking for pet insurance. They have covered our dog Sasha since she was a puppy. When we found out that Sasha had cancer we were worried about cost of treatment and how much would be covered. The fact that Healthy Paws has no cap on treatment was a blessing in such scary times. They always answered the phone with a smile on their voice, resolved claims in a timely manner and have covered ALL of Sasha’s cancer treatments. We are heart broken that Sasha lost her battle with cancer, but we are certain that we gave her the best possible life she could have had, and that is partly due to Healthy Paws.

Bad!!
Be careful!! Buyer beware. They take enormous liberties with what they consider “related” to a “pre existing conditions”. They refused to cover an annual exam (which I paid coverage for) because they had “determined” it was related to a pre existing condition. I called and discussed with them that some of the recent charges were indeed related to a pre existing condition and that others were not and were annual exams. They were rude and unwilling to explain the appeal process.
