I was quoted very high after a non driving related suspension . While purchasing my new to me SUV the salesman told me to try sonnet . I am so happy I took his advice 50%cheaper than the main competitors. I clicked buy now instantly .I will be faithful to sonnet the remainder of my driving years .

Expensive and discriminatory to healthy aging pets
Expensive and overpriced for slow and inconsistent service. In a single year with no claims, my dog's premium jumped nearly $100 a month. When I asked why, the response was because he is getting older-- as if aging backwards is an alternative.

I was so surprised to see neg reviews
I was so surprised to see any neg reviews for Figo. I have been with them for 4 plus yrs. I have also, at one time or another, had insurance with other companies for different pets. Figo surpasses all of them. Easy to work with and they pay claims quickly. Yes, their monthly premiums may be higher than some, but you get what you pay for. My dog now has liver caner. I have no idea what I would do if not for Figo. So thank you Figo!

poor service, limited coverage
Nearly all of my claims have been denied for reasons that were not made available or clear at the time of purchasing my plan. I have received no response to my emails to customer service. The only positive thing I can say is that the app is well developed and the 24/7 vets available on the app are very helpful.
