Simply the best. No stress, trusted insurance
My gal is now 12. She would not be alive if it were not for PPU. Several crises over the years. I have never hesitated to seek help as soon as symptoms arise. Coverage is exactly what was promised, with no questions asked and never a hassle. Recent issues is toe cancer. Multiple vet visits, comprehensive tests, and a quick treatment plan. never got a claim reimbursed all they did was hassle my vet so she didn't want to keep answering them, they 4 x asked for an invoice, which she sent, then they wanted dr. notes, etc as of today, two months later, nothing, my vet said other insurance did not hassle this was the only one
