DENIED
Turned in a claim form because our dog had a really tough time defecating. They denied it because somehow it’s related to his penis from a previous claim they denied. Looking at dropping them because at this point, I’m paying for everything out-of-pocket, so what’s the point!

Healthy Paws For the Win!
My dog had a GI obstruction that required emergency surgery. The estimate ranged from $5K to $8K and seeing those numbers was daunting, but I had trust that Healthy Paws would come through for us as I have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years now. As expected, Healthy Paws covered everything I thought they would (80% per my policy) and got the reimbursement to my bank account within a week. I am incredibly grateful to the Healthy Paws team for truly being there for me and my dog and drastically reducing the stress involved in an already emotionally trying time.

A very happy customer.
In 30 years of owning dogs and cats I have never signed up for pet insurance so I was apprehensive about taking insurance on our new rescue. Veterinarian costs have become outrageous and I felt it was necessary. I researched a number of companies but felt Spot Pet Insurance seemed to offer the best coverage. I have not been disappointed. The claims are easy to submit. Spot's customer service is excellent and the communication regarding the claims is accurate and timely. I have set up my account for direct deposit and was pleasantly surprised when my claim was approved and the deposit was made within 5 days. I highly recommend this insurance company especially for a young animal. Just note that pre-existing conditions are not covered. I am a very satisfied customer.

I would give 0 stars if I was able to I’ve had insurance with them for 3 years and they raised prices on me 2 times to a crazy amount I went from paying 105 to 187 which is insane I recommend using one of their competitors like wagmo or pets best insurance these people are crooks

Absolutely amazed
Absolutely amazed! I signed up for Pets Best a week ago. My dog had their appointment yesterday, after his appointment, I downloaded the app and submitted the claim, which was super simple. The very next day they had approved it my claim! I have dealt with other dog insurance companies and have been very dissatisfied and I can say that I truly will be recommending this company to all of my friends as well as my dog training clients

Stephanie is Great...However
Stephanie is Great...However, for newbie's like us we would like to know what differentiate insurance providers from amongst themselves. It is hard to ask about items that we don't know to ask. Thankfully Stephanie did tell me some pointers to ask about when shopping for pet insurance. If you would provide that kind of assistant would be greatly appreciate.

Simple Claim Process
I submitted my first two claims with Spot Pet Insurance. The process was easy to follow, the questions and information I had to provide was nominal, and the turn around time to process was phenomenal. I was pleasingly surprised at how simple it was to submit a claim and how quickly Spot Insurance reimbursed me for the money spent. I highly recommend them for pet insurance needs!
