The time it takes to be processed is long
The time it takes to be processed is so long. Still waiting on a claim to be processed especially. Submitted a couple claims the same day cause I forgot to do them earlier and got most of them back already but still waiting. And I think in some cases there could be a better explanation of why I’m not getting money. And sometimes it feels like every time I submit a claim it’s just goes towards deductible every time and I get nothing back but when it doesn’t say towards deductible I get a decent amount back but it feels I don’t get back what I should, but then again my pups haven’t had anything major until this last claim I haven’t received so that’ll be the main test especially since the deductible is supposed to paid. But its still great that I get something back

my claims experience has been nothing…
my claims experience has been nothing but painful! I have 4 dogs ranging in age from 6 to 13, the senior dogs are constantly profiled for exceptions on every wellness claim I have made. when I take my pets in for their yearly check up and vaccinations my vet will often send me home with an additional medication to help with the injection area pain some of them have. because of that clearly labeled items like the exam fee and canine wellness blood panel were denied. I contact embrace about this and I am still waiting for it to be corrected. finally any claim made for my oldest dog is never reviewed and approved at first submission. it will take at minimum a month for them to review and request additional documentation from my vets office only for them to again exclude the basic exam fee from the claim. its exhausting having to correct their work on every claim made.

This was my first time filing a claim so I had to call with a couple of questions. The Spot staff person was polite and very helpful. The claim form is easy to fill out and submit. The amount of my claim was quickly sent to my bank account. Overall, I am very happy with Spot Pet Insurance!

I want my fur babies to have the care they need at an affordable price
The coverage sounds great but, the real truth will come out when I use it! I am 78 years old and retired and living on a limited income so taking care of my fur babies is very concerning to me. I cook their food myself weekly to make sure the get the proper diet. I have had Pomeranians my whole life and they are very loving, loyal, affectionate animals. My previous two lived until 13 and 14 years old. I want them well taken care of but the cost entailed these days for animal care is ridiculous. That is why I signed up for this insurance to help cover some of the costs even though it doesn't cover it all!

Knowledgeable and personable
I called the first time to speak with Fetch and hear about their different coverage options. I don’t remember his name but he was very friendly and informative. My second call was when I was deciding on finalizing coverage and spoke to Amanda Melo. She had a really engaging personality and had a vast knowledge of the different pet insurance companies out there to compare. I enjoyed speaking with her and our interaction confirmed my decision to go with Fetch.
