I did not believe in pet insurance but purchased it for my son's new dog. When she became ill for some unknown reason. The bills started to pile up quickly. Figo helped reduce the worries of cost and had a rapid turnaround on helping pay those bills. I am glad my wife convince me to purchase ins!

I called to discuss a $40.00 claim for flea and tick treatment. I pay the top notch insurance including best benefit plan and best wellness separately to cover this things. Apparently they refuse to pay $40 dollars which the plan covers $65. Because my veterinarian advice me that if I did not wanted chewing flea treatment to order online topical Frontline. So disappointed, when I told the agent how do I cancel my policy, she told me you can cancel at anytime as if they do not care to loose a loyal customer. So as of right now I am contemplating canceling my dog’s policy. I have been so happy with PetsBest up until now.

Stay away from this insurance they deny…
Stay away from this insurance they deny most claims. They have a script, 1) sorry it's taking so long to process your claim, 2) we need more information from your Vet. 3) Not covered under your policy with no explanation given. 4) If your lucky enough they will pay 15 to 20% of the bill because its what they deem it should have cost. Save your money !!
