Increases price as the number of claims increases. Check your monthly price. It changes without notification. Very disappointed. They hold you because it is hard to get a new insurance company because of existing conditions and they know it.

ASPCA Doesn't Par It's Bills
ASPCA pet insurance settled a claim for me on May 7. I have never received a check for my claim. The customer service are nice but powerless to help. The customer service person said he would arange to cut me a new check and document it with an email. There was never an email sent. Finally the wait for a check is twenty days. The wait for a replacement check is also twenty days. It doesn't seem fair. Summary: Nice people biut they don't pay their bills.

Really not sure why you are asking about an experience that isn't complete yet. You told me that underwriting takes 2 weeks and the soonest coverage will start is August. Shouldn't you wait until then to ask for a survey?
