Incredible pet insistence
Incredible pet insurance ! Highly recommend. Our cat had a bowel obstruction and was very costly. This insurance refunded us incredibly well and did it all within a week of filing the claims. Highly recommend

when I called and signed up
when I called and signed up, I spoke with Jeff, I told him I wanted all 4 dogs to have 90% reimbursement. Chapo has 80%. I called yesterday and was told it could not be changed until renewal. this isn't very fair.

Don’t register your puppy before 6 months of age
Not a fan. They require unnecessary documentation. My puppy got a parasite when he was a couple months old(which is very normal to happen to pupps) and now because of it he isn’t covered for anything related to his stomach.

It’s very high priced
It’s very high priced , do not cover most visits to vets . It’s good for major life changing events , hope they never get to that! Long time to process claims !

Excellent and easy to navigate
Fetch is very easy to navigate to file a claim. Take pictures of the notes and receipt, put in a date and a reason and click, that is it! The claim processing time is very quick, much quicker than human insurance. :)
