I've never had to appeal any decisions or fight for what I was paying for. They straight up just do what they say they're going to do and pay what they promise when you sign up. Hopefully I'll be with them for a long time.

Well worth theMoney!…
I found it hard to get results when emailing the claim but we finally got there also it’s well worth the price to get the premium package. I was eventually refunded 90 % (after deductible)! I highly recommend spot pet!
