Our puppy ate a toxic houseplant
Our puppy ate a toxic houseplant. Wouldn’t you know it happened on a week end No vet locally was open. I called poison control who wouldn’t even speak to me unless I gave them a credit card. They charged me 85.00. I was told to get to her to an emergency animal hospital. The closest one was 65 miles away. She was treated and sent home with some meds. Total cost was almost 400.00. Fetch covered the poision control call in full and the balance was applied to my deductible. Submitting the claim was simple and I had a refund in about a week.

No Issues So Far
We have not yet had a need to use Figo's insurance for our pet. Would suggest that if Figo wanted a top rating, it should consider covering preventative health services for pets as well as emergency service.
