Easy to file & quick response time
Quick response time although I have yet to receive my payment. Easy to submit a claim. Only getting about 60% of my claim paid due deductibles, percentages, and uncovered expenses.

I thought Figo was bad
I thought Figo was bad. This crappy insurance is what I can afford but man are they crap. I have submitted the information for my 1 claim and my vets have too and they keep asking for the same information over and over. Processing for claims is over 2 weeks. You can't even get a supervisor to assist with this. I would not buy this insurance if you can afford another. ASPCA will get a bad rep from here.

I have several issues with Fetch
I have several issues with Fetch. The first thing is they’re over priced. The other thing is they take more than what they say. They’re going to take out of your account then they don’t wanna refund you. They only wanna give you less than what they took from your account.. They took over $200 from my account and all they wanna refund me is $80 and I have to wait a week to get that $80. But yeah, they’re fast to withdraw it out of your checking account but not to refund you. I don’t recommend this company to no one beware

I am turning 70 this year and have never purchased pet insurance before. We have three very high maintenance dogs and have been very satisfied with our Claims experience at pets best. we had mentioned your company to everyone we run into with a dog.

My dog had emergency with a lot of tests
My dog had emergency, did not understand what he was going through, so we took him to emergency without knowing whether insurance would cover the charges or not, vet assured us that they would be covered, but not sure what trouble we would go through. Submitted over $6000 in claims, reimbursed all my 80% after deductibles without asking a single question about history and charges within a week. We did not have to worry about paying credit card bills.
