Very Satisfied With PetsBest Pet Insurance
Very fair pricing. Good wellness coverage paired with accident/illness coverage you can flex to your needs make this a great pet insurance option. They have real people that answer the phone and give reasonable answers. I did a lot of comparison shopping and have no plan to switch out in the foreseeable future.

Avoid this company!!!!
I took out a policy 3 1/2 years ago with this company and have faithfully paid my premiums on time ever since. I have not needed to file any claims thus far BUT we were just notified today that not only are they refusing to renew my policy but are transferring it to another company and the premium will almost double. My dog is not even 5 years old and very healthy, so we consider this to be outrageous. We are seniors on a fixed income and as of today, we canceled the policy altogether. Spot is a complete rip off and I would suggest avoiding them at all costs.

Denied my claim without contacting me first or conducting an investigation
I have had Pets Best insurance for more than seven years. I submitted a large justified claim near the policy limit of $5,000. It was denied without justification. I will be appealing and if necessary bringing a lawsuit to enforce their contract with me. Be careful with all of their exclusions.

Very inconvenient claim process
We had Healthy Paws prior to switching to Embrace and it seems like the reimbursement process with Healthy Paws was so much easier. Embrace takes forever to review a claim and makes us follow up with the vet on things they should be doing themselves.

Great for New drivers.
We did a lot of research and asking around and decided to go with sonnet. This is definitely the best company for a new driver. Customer service is a breeze. Definitely recommend.

The only real review on here not written by a bot
They simply refuse to reimburse any of their claims, I have been waiting for over 6 months. I have provided all of the documentation, notes from the vet, etc but they simply will not move the claim forward. They respond with “we need more information.” These are all claims they are supposed to cover with my plan. The vet has sent everything they requested but they continually kick back ever claim. If you try to call it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone. This is a scam, would not recommend!!

Worst Pet Insurance Ever
As a dog parent you would expect some sorta reimbursement from an insurance company since that's what they list on there job as an insurance company. All the claims we would submit would get denied for any sort of refund. This is the example of a fraudulent marketing tactic to get 55 dollars a month for absolutely nothing. My wife and I have called because we do exactly what they ask us as far as medical receipts from the visits. I want a refund for the months we paid since we didn't even get any moneys worth from this product. Please dont waist your time nor money with these people.
