Took repeated submission of data (which they did not bother to read)
Claims requested they need more information so I contacted them and submitted the requested infodrmation. ] Again I got a request for more information. I spoke with a supervisor and AGAIN submitted requested information. AGAIN got a requst for more information. Spoke with another supervisor who said that CLAIMS had not yet looked at what we (supervisor and I) had submitted. AGAIN I got a request for more information. I BEGGED THEM to look at what had REPEATEDLY been submitted. Absolutely disgusting.

Trupanion has been amazing!
Trupanion has been amazing! Submitting invoices is incredibly easy, and reimbursements are direct deposited within 24-48 hours. During a stressful time with my dog, that kind of reliability and speed made a huge difference and took the worry out of paying for medical bills. Customer Service has been amazing as well! Highly recommend!!

The representative was kind, helpful and understanding. Especially that I was, and am emotional about my cat being sick and needing surgery, after his infection is stabilize with the antibiotics he is on. Trupanion processed and issued me payment for the first two visits expeditiously, I must say.
