I was hopeful but it is not working out...
I had 24Petwatch insurance with my last dog an it was easy to submit claims with quick turnaround. I don't think one claim I have submitted has been resolved without issue, resubmission or months of waiting for an outcome. I am probably going to switch.

Payment installment option at Sonnet insurance
Hi, you don't have installment payment available! On April 18th 2023 we have 2 months joined in one payment and no option to do installment, it's ridiculous in 2023,we should be able to do so, just like Hydro Qc. Not every month we have the luxury to pay 2 months in one payment. That's why we switched for Sonnet in the first place, so we don't have to pay 3 hundreds something just to be insured. I then sent an email and you guys replied saying "thanks for being responsible and let us know in advance, but there's nothing we can do otjer than wait for the payment to pass, being rejected, then change your way of paiement and then you will be able to wait 14 days to make the payment.." what is this? Like for a credit card it makes a little sense, but what if we had direct deposit set up and no money in our bank account, we receive a 45$ charge every time you guys try and take the payment. This is very stressful! Just saying, it should be offered just to avoid this kind of stress and charges. Not everyone has 3 hundreds something laying around in their account. If we can't make the payment, we shouldn't have to stress losing our insurance, we should be able to get help from you guys. We made all our past payments on time, no problems, but this last couple of months has been really hard on us and would like your support. Thank you for taking the time to read this and maybe respond and take action on the matter. Good day.

Superior policy, great price
I'm very happy to be saving almost a hundred dollars every month vs TD insurance. I'm sad that when I went to insure my second property, it rejected my request. The phone person said if it says they don't have a product for me, there's nothing they can do. It's a condo in a major city, so straight forward, I thought. Regardless, I'd still recommend them. I haven't had a claim though, knock on wood. I'm just going by price and coverage.

Minor technical issues
So far so good. Enrollment was easy. On iPhone uploading a picture via safari didn’t work but I had no issues doing it on the app. I was also able to add names of people who could make changes to our policy (like my husband) but have not been able to send them access to the account online, having that fixed would be really nice. We haven’t needed to process any claims yet. The policy doesn’t go into effect until 15 days after enrollment so we signed up early. Our puppies won’t be home until the end of the month- the policy should go into effect right around the time our puppies come home to us. I feel I can’t give a fair review until we have actually don’t anything to use the policy we purchased.

Avoid them at all cost
Avoid them at all cost. Hard to reach and actually speak to someone. Its all fine and good when you do not need them. But when you do, that is when you discover the money you are paying is for nothing. You are actually paying for nothing. Had a claim filed. They don't bother to connect or follow through and are very hard to reach. Till this day no one has bothered to make it right. I canceled my policy, and was also charged for canceling early.
