Great reimbursement !
I submitted the surgery bills to Pumpkin after our cat was attacked by a coyote. After our deductible was met, they paid 90 percent ! I just submitted the bills and they sent me a check. BTW he is doing great ! Thanks Pumpkin! .

Long processing time
It took over 5 weeks to process my claim. It was a simple claim (injury with imaging diagnostics - x-rays and diagnostic u; ultrasound), and I submitted all the medical records when I filed it (no additional documentation was required). I used to have Embrace, and my claims were processed within 7 days, and I received my check within 2 weeks of filing the claim.
