HORRIBLE
WORST EXAMPLE OF BAIT AND SWITCH EVER!!!THE DO NOTPAY VALID CLAIMS....STAY AWAY FROM THIS "COMPANY" UNLESS YOU LIKE PAYING FOR NOTHING!!!HORRIBLE, first, my $74 monthly rate rate went up by $40 within the FIRST YEAR. Then, I brought my little Maltese dog because of a limp (sore leg from jumping off the couch). $355 bill and ASPCA said it was pre-existing which it was NOT!! I have her entire medical record for proof!! BUNCH of CROOKS. I am reporting them to the BBB and the Consumer Protection Department! Cannot resubmit the bill, it disappears!

Fetch - Notice how they Calculate Claims with a Deductible
Fetch reimbursed my Cat's emergency pancreatitis claims with no issues at all - very quickly actually. First time that I ever had to file a claim. The only peeve I have is the claim calculation when you still need to meet the deductible. I discovered it is calculated by taking the total amount of the claim, multiplied by your co-pay deduction first (say 10%), then the deducible amount is deducted after rather than vice versa. This means that you actually pay more, and they pay less - this is kind of sneaky in my opinion. All in all, this insurance has been great for my pet.

One of the best decisions
One of the best decisions I made was purchasing Healthy Paws health insurance for my pup. Healthy Paws gives me the peace of mind that I know I am covered for most of the cost when something happens to my pup. Recently, he developed a fungal infection that required many vet visits, lots of tests and 6 months of medication. Submitting these claims were simple and the reimbursement checks came like clock work. Thanks Healthy Paws! I recommend you to all dog owners!

Overall Great
We are overall very pleased. The customer service agents are extremely friendly and helpful. Most claims are taken care of promptly. However we did have an issue that took longer than necessary to get approved. It did get resolved and we are thankful for that. We would and do recommend Pumpkin to our friends and to others.
