My precious Bella Rose
My precious Bella Rose a Frug, ( French bulldog and Pug) fractured her right front leg and my world stopped. She went to an emergency vet and then to her vet the next morning for surgery. While she was in surgery and an overnight stay I contacted Spot to do her first claim. I called over two times to make sure I did my claim right. Spot representatives were very helpful and walked me through each step of my first claim and then my second claim. Then they told me 2 to 4 weeks for the entire process. Fortunately, it only took three days for the claim to go through. I am still waiting for the reimbursement to hit my bank account. I am pleased with both the representatives of spot as well as the filing process. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Thankful for Pet Insurance
We have had Atlas since he was a puppy. When he was about 6 months old he started showing signs of allergies. Pets Plus Us has been there with us and helped us through all of these struggles. It is safe to say if we didn't have pet insurance we would have a very different experience for Atlas. He is generally managed but has flare ups throughout the year. I am so thankful for having our insurance.
Excellent customer service!
I have been thoroughly satisfied with the customer service and responsiveness of the Embrace team members. After years of holding the policy just in case, this past year has an one massive medical bill after another, and Embrace has been there to reimburse those expenses. My one kitty passed earlier this year and the agent I spoke with was so incredibly compassionate and made me feel as though she truly cared about my pain.
