Do not expect fast service…
We have used fetch in the past without an issue. I'm not sure what has changed recently , but I am extremely unimpressed with customer service. I was mislead during one conversation and made out to be a lier in another. They claimed I was missing medical history which I was not , but once I thought it was figured out , instead of finishing my claim they restarted it and stated it would be another 15 days, putting it at 1.3 months since my claim was filed. I'm happy I have pet insurance and should have a my refund shortly , but the customer service and wait times is ridiculous. If your expecting fast service , change your expectations.

This is truly the most professional and customer focused insurance company I have ever worked with. Their plans are comprehensive and reasonably priced. Every representative I have interacted with has been knowledgeable and responsive. The info provided has been correct and the claims process is very straightforward.
