If you are looking to get quick insurance to get your beater on the road then this is the insurance for you. If you want to insure anything worth anything then avoid Sonnet. Although quick and easy to set up online if you have an actual claim the company avoids fixing anything. My husband had a claim from an accident and in the end nothing was done for the vehicle and we ended up fixing it ourself and it still showed as a claim because they got us a rental after we had to do the work to find one and pick it up. This was over a year ago, after this “claim” sonnet discontinued our collision coverage without any sort of phone call so we understood. When we went to add my brand new financed vehicle to our policy, we clicked all the appropriate boxes for a financed vehicle. As your average jo we assumed we had full coverage. The finance company read over our policy and assumed the same. I was in a bad accident last week and when we went to make a claim on our $60,000 vehicle we were told we do not have collision and they did their due diligence by sending the policy. When reviewing with our finance company, there is tiny writing in brackets (excluding collision) under another coverage. You average person wouldn’t understand that mean’s no collision at all. Even the finance company did not catch it. We were miss lead into thinking we had coverage as were the professionals. Any other insurance company would make sure it is completely obvious that way the financing company also knows to not allow their insurance on it. So again we are left fixing our vehicle after an already stressful ordeal. In conclusion, online although easy to set up leaves customers in the blind. Unaware they are being left without proper information incase a actual accident ever occurs When using sonnet for claims they do nothing and still count it as a claim on their insurance. Don’t use Sonnet if you want to be able to claim an accident. Go through an insurance company that will take the time to make sure you have the coverage you need and actually cover you if you need to make a claim. I do not recommend Sonnet. The issue was escalated and reviewed. Sonnet canceled our insurance on both vehicles. Reaching out to customer care and leadership only leads to the same outcome. No understanding, no attempts at resolve just canceled. When people say “insurance company’s are not your friend, that is especially true for Sonnet. As long as they are scamming you out of your hard earned money, they don’t care if you have proper insurance or to help you when you need it.

My new vehicle was stolen, 15days layer police closed their investigation. I have been working with the adjuster since day 5 and now it is almost 1 month I am not getting regular updates and on mercy of insurance adjuster to update me on the settlement. This is not good!

Have had this policy going on 3 years…
Have had this policy going on 3 years now and have never had my annual claims exceed what my premiums paid were, meaning that I have not used this insurance to support having it as a benefit. Other than having it "In Case" an accident or illness happens to my pet as a comfort knowing I have it. This was fine at first but since I first began the policy has increased in cost from apx. $300 a year to over $450 a year. Given that my pet is young and indoors and if the policy costs continue to climb it may be more prudent to save that $ each year as the premiums paid if instead saved could exceed the benefits ever received. The policies are pricing me out of the desire to have one. Coupled that these policies do not include any well care benefits or any dental benefits it is quite plain to see that Fetch (all though a cute name for a company), really does not care about the well-being of my pet or anyone's pet, for if they did they would cover the items to keep the pet healthy

Financial comfort at an extremely hard and painful time
My best friend Chewie was only a little over two years old, when he suddenly became very ill. After 4 vet visits and numerous tests, a pet neurologist diagnosed him with Pug Dog Encephalitis. The disease advanced so quickly and he was in so much pain, I had to let him go even though it was one of the most painful things I have ever experienced. The numerous visits to the vet and emergency vet were very expensive. Although the finance part did not matter at the time because I had to do everything I could to try to save him, I had to borrow from family members and used what little savings I had and we still lost him. Thanks to Metlife Pet Insurance, most of Chewie's care was fully reimbursed, even his cremation. The claim was settled in 10 days so now I can repay my family members. I am keeping his ashes in my special little pug urn made specially for him. I have a new pug puppy, Russell, and his now a part of the MetLife family. Pet Insurance is worth every penny and Metlife is the best. I recommend them 100%.

We had a great experience with Pets Best. First time having pet insurance and we filed a claim we were very pleased with the outcome of our first EOB and reimbursement. Yes, it took time for them to review the documentation, but they communicated periodically where they were in the process. Overall are pleased with PetsBest.

My experience with Fetch Insurance has…
My experience with Fetch Insurance has been okay. I have had to file a big expense recently and was reimbursed, thankful for that. I do see that my monthly payment has gone up about $20 a month and that is a concern, however. I have had this policy about 4 years and have not had to file many claims up until this year, my dog has just had a difficult time, hoping soon this gets resolved.
