My claim was submitted and in the review process in a matter of minutes. It was approved and closed within a couple hours. Same day ACH deposit to my account! Awesome service for just a routine puppy shot that took 20 minutes. I paid less than $8 out of pocket.

I haven't had to use the insurance so far so i'm not sure how easy the claims process is. The reason I didn't give figo 5 stars is that when I got it for my puppy I had to jump through a lot of hoops to get his joints covered. Even after all I did in the fine print it said it still might not be covered.

Prior to covid claims were handled efficiently and now it’s a 30 day turn around which is quite annoying seeing as they have the ability for fast turnaround. It will do for now

Quick Response Times and Claim Payments!
I've only had lemonade insurance for my little doggo for less than a year, but have already had a great experience with them. I've filed a couple claims and the process is really easy and quick. They provided me regular updates via email and approved and paid my claim within two days! I can't imagine any other company approving and paying a claim as quickly. I'm very happy with them and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Satisfied for 8 years now
I've had Healthy Paws insurance for my cats since 2015. Though rates go up annually, the amounts they've paid out for my pets' illnesses have far exceeded my premiums. They pay in an incredibly quick manner, rarely ask for follow up documentation, and are always very friendly to deal with.
