They deserve NO stars NEVER USE SONNET
The only reason I gave one star is not sure if the system would let me give zero stars. This is the worst Company I have ever dealt with and please do not ever use this company. I have never written a bad review but this was so bad that I need to tell you what happened so you can make your own decision. My Husband sold his vehicle July 10 and from his death bed they would not cancel the car insurance so he went into the account and cancelled it there. Sonnet never actioned and continued charging him the monthly $296.00. He dies July 20 so I contact them to ensure it is cancelled and provided them with Death and Marriage Certificate and they asked for his will. I was told that he would get a credit and to provide them with my bank account that they could credit me. I phoned three more times on the phone for over an hour up to two hours each call with still no resolution and they are still charging my bank account. I have told them that they fraudulently obtained my personal bank account to charge me for a dead man's car that is sold and they have all the proof of that. I have requested for supervisor or manager to call me many times and still not one has called me. They agree that this is wrong but will not change the payment method and cannot stop what is happening to me. RUN from this insurance company.

Our claims were settled very promptly. It was a very stressful time for me as my best friend was very sick and needed many tests and medications to help her. I had the confidence to approve the estimated cost of her care. The reiumbursements were exactly as I anticipated based on our insurance plan. The claims were easy to submit and were settled quickly.

My first pet insurance ever and within the first 2 months they tried lying to my vet and made up an illness my dog had that was according to them pre existing. Even my vet ci facets 3 times to tell then no this dog does not have this illness and it took them 2 months to figure that out meaning my visits weren't covered until this was resolved.
