Our older boy suffers from a variety of conditions, and his recent doctors' visits, including an urgent care visit, were submitted, processed quickly and paid out according to the terms of the plan. Filing a Claim Couldn't Be Easier
While filing a claim for our pups unexpected foxtail in the ear, I realized I'd forgotten to file a claim for last years shots (7 months previously). Both claims were extremely easy to file, including two different vet offices. I received continuous communication on both claims, and both were paid in a reasonable amount of time with clear explanation of the benefits. So happy we chose PetsBest for our pups insurance needs right from the start.

Embrace covers cost for liver tumor removal
My 12 year old Pudelpointer just required an expensive surgery to remove a liver tumor. Once my deductible was exceeded and it was determined no preexisting conditions applied, Embrace reimbursed me promptly. Embrace has been very responsive with accurate and helpful responses to all claims and documents I've submitted.
