Great customer service, very affordable
Besides the fact that Healthy Paws has helped us save thousands of dollars on health care for our cats, they have given us the confidence to approve every medical procedure recommended by the vet. We have never had to worry about the cost, only what's best for our pets. Their customer service is also exceptional -- much better than our own insurance company! Everyone is very helpful, claims are easy to file online, and reimbursements are sent promptly. Customer questions are always answered personally with great courtesy. Dog hit by car, Having Embrace saved him
Our dog was hit by a car and required major surgery and multiple follow ups. Without having Embrace pet insurance I don’t know if he would be alive right now. With his surgery supported by Embrace, he is expected to make a full recovery. Thank you Embrace!!

Very bad company to deal with a claim
My car was stolen last year June of 2022 at my driveway. Unfortunatelly, my car has been found after 4 days, and then my problem started with the claim department of the company. It is very hard to communicate with the person handling my case, because they are not answering the call and they aren't replying back when you leave a message. I found out almost 2 months that nobody is handling my case. They assigned another person to resolve the issue but she told me to return my rental car they provided because according to her it was long overdue. It is not my fault that my car got stolen. Now I ended up paying my car monthly payments, paying the car insurance which they have increased $70 more, it is building up frustration because my car is still at the shop waiting for parts. I have no car to use to go to work and I got no support from Sonnet team.

Little or no constructive advice on how…
Little or no constructive advice on how to navigate site, policy, etc etc once you sign up. Am just trusting that once I file a claim the process will become obvious. Update: appreciate the ASPCA response, but today a new issue arose. Received a marketing email from them stating for quicker processing when claims are made to enter my pet's "favorite animal hospitals", and a button in the letter implied it would take you right to the page to make the entry. No such luck. Went to every page and unable to find the place to enter the veterinary hospital names. I'm sure the place to enter is there somewhere, but it's not easy to find.
