My one year old ate an sos pad and became sick and lethargic Our veterinarian Dr Rubia at Humber Valley took excellent care of Olive and explained everything Having Trupanion insurance proved to be the right choice because the claim process was fantastic and fast.They texted me everything as it was happening.Great service TrupanionNot having to worry about financial costs just getting the best care for Olive who is doing great After rates were increased I considered canceling Trupanion customer for life 🙏

The service rep was more than helpful…
The service rep was more than helpful in trying to get me back on line to open the portal. He walked me through multiple steps and spent time on the phone trying to resolve the issue. He also promised to contact me with updates, as it appears the problem may be a system on your part. He was very patient as I am not real good with problem solving. I thanked the rep for his time, patience, and expertise and hope if I have any future problems, that I will be fortunate to speak with him again.

You did not cover my dogs ear infection…
You did not cover my dogs ear infection claiming it is related to allergies however my dog does not have chronic ear infections and when the ear was swabbed it came back with a fungal and bacterial infection. She is a dog with floppy ears that likes to swim. It doesn't pay to tell your vet about an occasional itch!. They automatically write down "allergy" and prescribe Apoquel. My dog doesn't itch or take Apoquel. It is just another loophole to get out of covering an illness. An ear infection is not an allergy it is a treatable and curable infection.
