Terrible insurance
Brand new baby puppy. I got him insured the day we picked him up. On his first vaccine visit they found an issue with his teeth a week later. Insurance promptly called it pre existing and excluded care for his congenital condition. 8 weeks old, insured immediately. Bunch of thieves and robbers stealing your cash and screwing you over.

Amost everything went great
Amost everything went great! The process to purchase was straightforward and easy to navigate through... until I tried to summit my claim. I'm sure it's operator error. I could not figure out how to download the invoice. I kept getting an error the file was too big. I finally got it to work, but I don't know what I did 😄. That process could be a little more senior friendly.

Submitting online through computer was quick efficient received my money back within 3 weeks The mobile app although good for communication and information tried submitting through the mobile app and wouldn't go through went through online through a desktop no problem

It’s the first claim I’ve been…
It’s the first claim I’ve been reimbursed for, and I was happy. But I have a problem with the preexisting. My puppy had diarrhea that was treated before I signed up for Spot. Now if she has diarrhea, which, along with vomiting, is pretty much the first sign of all medical issues among animals, Spot doesn’t cover. I don’t see how everything that presents with diarrhea is not covered
