Denied my claim without contacting me first or conducting an investigation
I have had Pets Best insurance for more than seven years. I submitted a large justified claim near the policy limit of $5,000. It was denied without justification. I will be appealing and if necessary bringing a lawsuit to enforce their contract with me. Be careful with all of their exclusions.

Very inconvenient claim process
We had Healthy Paws prior to switching to Embrace and it seems like the reimbursement process with Healthy Paws was so much easier. Embrace takes forever to review a claim and makes us follow up with the vet on things they should be doing themselves.

Great for New drivers.
We did a lot of research and asking around and decided to go with sonnet. This is definitely the best company for a new driver. Customer service is a breeze. Definitely recommend.

The only real review on here not written by a bot
They simply refuse to reimburse any of their claims, I have been waiting for over 6 months. I have provided all of the documentation, notes from the vet, etc but they simply will not move the claim forward. They respond with “we need more information.” These are all claims they are supposed to cover with my plan. The vet has sent everything they requested but they continually kick back ever claim. If you try to call it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone. This is a scam, would not recommend!!

Worst Pet Insurance Ever
As a dog parent you would expect some sorta reimbursement from an insurance company since that's what they list on there job as an insurance company. All the claims we would submit would get denied for any sort of refund. This is the example of a fraudulent marketing tactic to get 55 dollars a month for absolutely nothing. My wife and I have called because we do exactly what they ask us as far as medical receipts from the visits. I want a refund for the months we paid since we didn't even get any moneys worth from this product. Please dont waist your time nor money with these people.

Very disappointed with Embrace
Very disappointed with Embrace. Every claim I subimtted was always denied because of "preexisting condition". They even tried to claim preexisting when he had surgery for foxtails. I had to fight with them over it and they didn't cover the full surgery. The final straw for me was when my dog had to have surgery to remove excessive skin on his gums which was growing over his teeth. Again, said claim it was per-existing. They said because he had plaque on his teeth when he was first examined 18 MONTHS PRIOR that's the cause of gum overgrowth. Actually, the overgrowth was a side effect from allergy meds! Embrace is in the business of not covering claims. Rep was so argumentive with me I decided to just cancel it. Not worth paying out when the policy has no value. I have Pumpkin Insurance for my other dog and have NEVER had an issue. Switched him over to that policy.
