You ask for a diagnosis and ours is not listed but you insist on us picking one. Thus we pick one but it is not totally accurate. Add a place to write one in..Also answer the phone in under an hour and make everyone happy.

Healthy Paws has been extremely helpful
Healthy Paws has been extremely helpful in making sure our dog, Leeloo, has received the best medical care available. Working with them has been great, and the ease of filing a claim with them is unmatched. Unfortunately, Leeloo recently incurred an injury that required several visits to the vet, medication, x-rays, and surgery. Healthy Paws was there to process our claims quickly and follow up with us to check on Leeloo. Having them in our corner has really helped with the financial hardship and stress, which has allowed us to focus on loving Leeloo during her recovery. Lots of puppy hugs and snuggles.

I never once made a claim
I never once made a claim. Metlife company raised my three dogs' premiums to 80. from the previous month without even notifying me. Needless to say, I canceled them. Crazy!

Honestly…meh
Honestly, their policies are not as straight up as some other pet insurance companies but I got locked in with the 1 yr contract. It takes a long time to hear back from someone via email, like my cat got bloodwork done because she would need future dental procedures but they wouldn’t cover that because it was done the same day as her vaccines, wellness checkup etc. since I don’t have separate wellness coverage they asked me to prove the bloodwork is for dental— but that should be something they can just ask the vet because I obviously got it done for that reason. It even says on my invoice. They said it’ll take them a month to reconsider but now it’s been a month n I just waited for nothing.

Got hung up on
I was calling to see about obtaining information for my cat to see if they could help cover cost for upcoming surgery and I literally got hung up on EDIT: it didn’t disconnect, I got hung up on, I had multiple texts and phone calls within the first couple minutes of entering my information on your guises website and then nothing since then, Finding my information doesn’t matter it’s too late for you guys to be able to help me. I’ve already had to come out-of-pocket thousands of dollars to save my pets life. It’s fine. You probably would’ve helped anyway.
