After enlisting with Embrace for our Cocker Spaniel, we were disappointed about some the coverages they eliminated due to pre-existing conditions. After sending in rebuttal letters from our vets, they reviewed them and re-assessed their initial posture and allowed coverage that they had denied before. I appreciated that they were willing to be reasonable in re-evaluating our case.

Amazing customer service
The customer service rep that I spoke to was absolutely amazing. He answered all my questions and was able to explain everything to me in complete and clear detail. He was able to help me add a second vehicle to my policy completely hassle free. It was quick and easy and he was very kind and professional. I have yet to have a bad experience from sonnet, they are doing things right! Thank you!

Helped me save thousands
It took a little while to get my claims processed due to my pet using two vets, but once I got all the correct files uploaded it went smoothly. If I had any questions I was able to get ahold of a human and they were helpful and generous. This insurance is in my price range and has already helped me save thousands.

I absolutely love Fetch pet insurance
I absolutely love Fetch pet insurance. My dog Baxter has very serious health issues, and a lot of them, and I feel safe, knowing that he’ll is covered by Fetch. I am also always impressed with the customer service, in particular with Tattianna Smith, she was so detailed, helpful and quick and is a 5 star Fetch employee to the truest!! TOP NOTCH COMPANY!
Oh my gosh! You guys are ON THE BALL! I had started "add a new pet" on my policy, and before I could even finish, Rebecca was calling me! I really needed help anyway, because I wanted the same policy level that I had with my other cat, so it was purr-fect that she finish up adding my policy. She was so friendly, it was like talking with a friend. 😺 Submitting claims is super easy with this company as well. Within 20 minutes, I get an email that my claim was processed. I wish my own health is company was this quick. It takes them weeks, sometimes months to do what you guys do in 20 minutes!
