Embrace was the first company AND time we ever purchased pet insurance through all the years of owning pets. SO FAR I have not had any issues with Embrace and their customer service is top shelf!! They are responsive and have covered appropriate portions of my vet bills (minus my deductible). So far so good and would recommend them or at least consider when looking for pet insurance.

Signed up for Pet insurance with AKC in May of this year. Was supposed to get a free 30 days never happened filed a claim in July and they cancelled me on 8/8/2024. Horrible company

Grateful for Spot
We have insurance from Spot for our senior dog who is 13. He was most recently diagnosed with Soft tissue sarcoma. Filing for claims and getting them approved has been really easy. I am so grateful that the claims process is not adding to the stress of dealing with aging, sick pet. Thank you so much, Spot!
