Love METLIFE
So glad we had the MetLife dog insurance. This past summer my Frenchie suffered a horrible seizure and had to stay in the hospital for 4 days - then we had to go visit a neurologist vet. Thousands of dollars..... Already had met my deductible and very happy to say I got 90% back! It is very easy to submit the claims - and reimbursement comes in about 3 weeks. So happy I had the insurance.

Pets best has been amazing
Pets best has been amazing! Highly recommend. I have for both my cats at very reasonable rate and my one cat had some health stuff come up and the reimbursement on the cost has been a huge help financially. The claim process is very easy and quick too!

Happy to have my pet insured
I have had an Unfortunate passing of our flat coated retriever from Lymphoma, Luckily I had PetsBest to pickup the bills once he was diagnosed at 3.5yrs. they also covered his cremation expenses. We got another puppy a few months later because the void was too big for the kiddos. immediately, I have purchased Insurance for him. only to discover a few months later that he has elbow dysplasia... OH BOY! I'm so lucky I have decided to yet again to buy Insurance! The one think i wish BestPets were able to do is to pay directly to the Veterinarian.

What went right should be the question!
What went right should be the question! Multiple requests for the same information in order to process a claim. 5 months of phone calls, e-mails w/requested information sent/resent including from our vet(s), notified they don't read mail for 30 days since I provided a hard copy since their claims adjusters don't read prior claim information submitted through their claim system. This company should be sent to the Better Business Bureau.

Fast response from the team by email. Would prefer to still be able to call an agent if possible as sometimes it’s easier to clarify questions by talking rather than email tag. The chat is good for basic questions/common questions but when something is more nuanced a human interaction is preferred. Overall tho I’m satisfied with the services provided
