Love pets best
We haven’t had any issues with pets best. We have used them for many years. Our boy cooper just had TPLO surgery and was going to cost $7400! With insurance we received 90% back just a few weeks after surgery. Not to mention all the allergy issues he’s had and the shots every month. They have been amazing answering questions and processing claims quickly. I recommend to anyone who asks… and even to some that don’t lol

No individualization of policies-Blanket
We have 15 year old kitty. Indoor kitty, spade.Due to age we take her for health checks and blood work twice a year. We called to get a quote to see if pet insurance would be the way to go. There are 2 plans, both include the same policy benefits, the only difference is the amount of reimbursement. $250 or $450. A health check and blood work where we live is between $350 and $400. We were quoted a little under $700 annually. I'm sure it's a good insurance for younger pets, I found there is no individualization, it's basically a blanket coverage. They would cover only 1 health check annually, we take her twice, 1blood work. The second visit would be totally out of our pocket. Due to the non-individualization, blanket coverage of the plans provided this is my reason for 3 stars Update, you just went to 2 stars after your response. You know very well you must get your accident to get your wellness and it's still not individualized. You can't choose this and not that. And you can't have wellness without your accident. Oh BTW, I read you were double talkers. This confirmed it. Bye bye.

Best insurance
I only wish people's insurance was as responsive and as quick to process a claim as ASPCA.

I chose SPOT and I am ecstatic
I chose SPOT because of the sliding deductible/reimbursement/price. It allowed me to get the most value for my money. I also chose SPOT because they also offer Health and Wellness benefits and I just adopted a 4 month old. I have saved thousands of dollars, my puppy had to have knee surgery, and the claim process is so easy and streamlined through the app, even this old Luddite can do it. The best part is the speed of the claim process. I have always received my reimbursement within seven to ten days.

This was the best decision made for insurance
The service is fantastic, refund process is fast and easy. Agents are so kind and helpful. I was most grateful when they assisted with the passing of one of my dogs and was brought to tears with the lovely condolence card they sent.

If I could rate 0 stars I would.
If I could rat 0 stars I would. My baby had her claw amputated in a freak accident, and I submitted a claim. 2 weeks later, the claim went through, but I wasn’t reimbursed anything.
