Greasy Fetch
I didn’t use Fetch insurance at all because I had to take my animal into the Vet 1-2 day short of the 2-week waiting period. I ended up spending $800 at the Vet,wasn’t reimbursed for anything and when I ask for my refund for not using Fetch pet insurance at all they after explaining the situation they said forget it. So I paid the Vet out of pocket and also Fetch insurance that I wasn’t able to use.I’ll never purchase Fetch pet insurance ever again!!

My claims take weeks to be processed if…
My claims take weeks to be processed if they even get approved. I have to make constant phone calls to Fetch as well as my vet for the same paperwork I already submitted and this happens for all my claims. None of my claims have gone through without some kind of delay or issue. It feels like they are doing everything they can to not pay the claim.

Highly recommend spot
I have had spot for three years and really enjoy having this insurance. Ive had a great experience with them and they are fairly prompt on getting the claims processed. Everything is usually finished within a week from start date and they are not finicky with anything! I highly recommend spot.
