The claim system is fast and responsive, and Spot has been great about covering their obligation.

Slow claim service low reimbursement high premium
Slow claim service, deductible is significant compared to typical total charge of a vet visit resulting in either no reimbursement and the coverage for regularvists are also subject to their reduced pricing (eg bill for regular visit is $275 and they reduce it to their allowed amount less the deductible). Bottom line is $80+ in monthly premium gives you minimal reimbursement. Coverage isnt worth it

Personable reps and extremely easy claims filing
My first experience was with one of your sales reps. She was very informative and if she didn’t know the answer she reached out to her colleagues. I spoke with many companies and was most impressed with your rep esp since it was an in person phone convo. Submitting claims is easy and very simple. The response time on wellness visits was amazing.

I researched 4 other pet insurances, and Fetch Pet Insurance had the most services and support and was the most economical. Easy to use. Extremely happy with this pet insurance.

As advertised, the app is easy to use and getting my claims deposited in a timely manner. If they can get setup for direct billing across North America then I think they become the best pet insurance provider.
