I have experienced the upmost professionalism and dedication to service from this company since I enrolled over a year ago. I have submitted multiple claims and my coverage has been as promised. Customer service was great the one time I called to ask a question. The phone App I use to submit claims is smooth and efficient. Thankful for Fetch

Coverage was there when needed.
My dog was recently diagnosed with an oral cancer. The diagnosis itself and treatment following was distressing to me and difficult for my dog however knowing she has had an Embrace policy throughout her life has made the process so much easier. I know she can get the treatment she needs. You never want to need to use your pet’s insurance benefits but what a relief to have coverage when illness occurs. The claim process was so easy to do and Embrace reimbursed me in just a few days.
