Healthy Paws is great for me and Delilah!
My dog Delilah is my baby, and her happiness is really important to me. Healthy Paws has covered almost every issue, things that are common enough in dogs that I would have assumed they’d be on the “not covered” list: ear infections, broken teeth, bloodwork, nausea… Submitting a claim could not be easier, and reimbursements come quickly! I think I’ve submitted 5 or 6 claims this year alone, and I haven’t had to appeal a single one. My dog is happy, and so am I.

I call back a CSR and was going to…
I call back a CSR and was going to enrolled in the pet insurance with all the extra coverage. I was ready to provide a payment for enrollment; however, the young man informs me there would be a $25.00 extra charge to enrolled. I advised you never explained or mention that when I talked to you for over 20 minutes about your product. I decided against enrolling as I never heard of such a thing. Way too expensive.

I just got reimbursed for supplements that I ordered for my dog.
I just got reimbursed for supplements for my dog. I'm so glad I have the wellness plan along with the accident and illness policy. I had a different insurance company prior to Many Pets and they never paid for anything. Many Pets wellness pays up to a certain amount for vaccines, dental, supplements etc. They usually let you know within a week if they're going to reimburse you or not. In the 3 years I've been with them they've paid every claim I've submitted up to the yearly amount they allow you. There customer service is excellent and submitting a claim is very easy.
