I have to wait 13 months to get my dogs…
I have to wait 13 months to get my dogs teeth fixed!!! What kind of service is that!!! If I take my dog to the vet and he has teeth that are rotting, I refuse to wait over a year so that the infection could spread to his heart! I rescued him almost 2yrs ago and when we rescued him, we found out he has bad teeth. At the time 15 teeth were rotting and insurance barley covered anything. Now we were told he had a few rotting teeth, so i took him back for extraction and $0 was covered from almost $700 that i paid out of pocket. What's the point of paying for this insurance if you don't cover what my pet needs?!?!?!
