Fetch Pet Insurance -🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I have done a ton of research on pet insurance and landed on Fetch. I had the pleasure of speaking to Amanda, one of their pet ins brokers. Amanda at Fetch was personable and really set my mind at ease about the quality of care my pets will receive going forward. Her knowledge of current and new policies for my State was unmatched. She was professional and kind while at the same time making the experience a human one. All of my initial questions were answered and that I’d understand the process. We walked through the App and the new RX program for TN was extremely helpful. Based on my initial interaction with Amanda, I would recommend Fetch to my family and friends.

Gave me the run around to pay a simple claim.
Waited over 5 months for a simple hernia and neuter surgery claim to be processed. They gave me the run around. Each e-mail came back from a different person that they need more notes. They had all the info. Seems like they do not like to pay their claims.

Great coverage!
This was the first time that I had submitted a claim for my cat who is 13 years old. I had actually forgotten that I had the coverage, but remembered while I was in the emergency room. I had to submit two claims in the end, because the emergency room visit wasn't enough to help Howie out. I thought I would only get back a couple hundred dollars, but they paid most of the claims and in a few DAYS, not weeks. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was so nice and helpful. I have been singing Trupanion's praises to all my friends who have animals, because this was really a good and rare experience.
