Very slow claim review
After weeks of research and comparing companies, we decided to go with pumpkin because they claimed to pay out quickly and cover the most. However, we submitted our first claim for preventative services and were told it would be 3 to 4 weeks before it was even reviewed. I am hoping this won't be the norm but honestly this is disappointing. I am currently shopping around....AGAIN but this time I will be looking at the claims process as part of my evaluation.

I've had Embrace insurance for 4 years. My first claim was denied. This company is a total fraud. Don't waste your money on this company.

When I signed up it indicated I would receive the coverage information through email within a few days. It has now been 8 days and I have heard nothing. If nothing is heard by next week, I will cancel the policy.

The information was sufficient to delineate your service from a competitor's. My husband ran the numbers for 10 years of coverage in our scenario, and ASPCA is likely to cost less over that time. The items covered in the policy are sufficient as well.

My first claim was submitted, I received an email asking to forward all previous vet records and I then heard nothing from Manypets to tell me if I was getting any payments of any of the bills submitted

Pets best is horrible
I purchased a pets best policy for both my dogs several months ago.I finally needed it because I had 2 lipomas taken off both my dogs and none, I mean none went towards my deductible.They denied it.I'm really disappointed and will be cancelling my policy really soon.I know now they wouldn't pay towards anything critical, also they took almost a month even look at the claim.Bad service all the way around.I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
