Took over 3 months to get a single claim processed. They constantly sent emails for information that was already sent multiple times. A couple days before the first claim finally processed, Embrace decided to send me an email containing a ton of "permanent conditions" that would never be covered by the insurance. This rendered the insurance basically useless. They did eventually send me a very disappointing check. I would not recommend this pet insurance.

The first rep I spoke with also expedited my claims since it was taking longer than usual because they were updating their processes. Overall satisfied.

We did not expect our 14 month old…
We did not expect our 14 month old Corgi to need emergency surgery for a blockage. Embrace paid all but the deductible and the co-pay. I didn't expect it to take as long as it did to get reimbursed, but it finally was approved and when it was, the money was in my bank within a couple of days.
