So far so good! First claim I received the reimbursement within a couple days. The app is very user friendly. The free Vet line is very useful.

I love how quick my claims are handled
I love how quick my claims are handled. When I signed up, I was not aware or told there are different coverage amounts. Spot beat Trupanion monthly price with the wellness included and only one deductible a year but I was not aware my coverage was only 4000.00 total a year. Make sure you ask when applying. They offer different plans but I was not aware of this. Also Spot allowed a UTI after 180 days with no other incidence to be considered NOT pre existing. Very friendly customer service agents. I tell everyone about Spot.

Needed more paperwork, but paid as scheduled.
I thought they were gonna try to weasel out of every dollar, after they asked for complete veterinary records besides just our invoice, but they paid as scheduled once that was submitted by the vet. Relieved and pleased.
