Worst Pet Insurance Ever
We paid about $180 every month for multiple pets. Anytime we had to go to the vet for one of our pets we had to fight tooth and nail to get them to cover. I hated going to the vet because submitting to insurance was always a fight. Embrace always finds a way to not pay. If I could give it zero stars I would. They were happy to take our money every month for the past 8 months but when it came for them to pay they always found an excuse not to.

They pay for the big things quickly!
If you are looking for insurance that will pay quickly for the big claims, I highly recommend Trupanion. We have had them for 8 years now and while they don't cover the small stuff the ALWAYS come through on the big charges. Our Shiba (Butterscotch) has had 2 knee surgeries, an eye extraction and a tooth extraction and they paid >$25,000 for all these surgeries and they did so within 3 days! I could not ask for more from an insurance company!

They were always there when we needed…
They were always there when we needed them. Any questions I had were addressed and reimbursements were fast. It gave us great comfort as we were dealing with all the hardships with our pet. Thank you pets best you gave us another year and got our girl to 18yrs old.
