Definitely reccomend.
I really appreciate Embrace. Submitting a claim is easy, and whenever I call, they are pleasant to interact with. Claim processing is usually quick, and I've never had an issue. The best part is that I know I can afford to take care of my cat with Embrace backing me.

Life Saving Insurance
I had a shaky start with ASPCA insurance only because I didn't understand what kind of insurance I got for my rescued, huge-breed dog. I almost canceled it, and THANK GOD I DIDN'T! My under 2-year-old Sarplaninac pup got Anaplasmosis, worse than Lyme disease. She has needed Emergency care, tons of medication, X-rays, Therapy, etc. All of which cost a lot. ASPCA has paid on every single claim. Even for just medication refills. They question none of her care and allow me to give her the best possible medical treatment and not worry about any cost restrictions. They have saved her life. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I will never be without it.

Total Scam
They took more than a month to process very straightforward claims. They lied about not receiving medical records from me and my vet as an excuse for not processing the claim in a timely manner. They are impossible to get a hold of by phone to talk about your claim or cancel your account. I have yet to get through to customer service. I've only had some luck with email, but they are refusing to respond so I can cancel my account. Their explanation of benefits make no sense and they don't elaborate on why something didn't meet qualifications for refund. Total scam. Do not use this service.

after a pretty long wait
after a pretty long wait - barely gave any reimbursement, even for an emergency visit - saying half should've been wellness (which i'm not covered for). so far this pet insurance seems like a raw deal, but I'll still give it a full year to see.
