PetsBest has been great for us. They communicate about the status of claims so we know if there is a delay. They have covered what they said would be covered and helped us provide specialty care for a dog we adopted with some unknown special needs.

if i could give zero stars i would I…
if i could give zero stars i would I ended up paying more out of pocket insurance barely covers anything !!! then when you go to cancel good luck they make you pay 111 when all they helped was 230 they suck so bad !! horrible people to speak with to cancel they try and throw your dogs medical bills at you disgusted and will tell everyone how horrible it was

Unhelpful and poor customer service
Filing a claim with Metlife is a joke of a process. They require a 12 month medical history, so expect to not be reimbursed unless you take your pet for monthly check ups. After multiple calls to customer service and confirmation that my pet's medical history was received the claim is consistently closed with the reason being "insufficient documents provided". You'd be better off saving your money monthly then paying for this policy.

I called to understand how a couple of my claims were processed. I was getting errors when trying to review the claims on line. The customer service representative explained them to me in detail. He was very friendly, helpful and answered all of my questions. Great customer service, thank you! Also, every time I have called, I have actually got a live person to talk you! Love this company, great plan to be on!
