Figo representatives are always on top of whatever question I have - and make it easy to understand any issues. I have 6 cats insured - so - I find FIGO to be as affordable as possible under ths cirmcumstances. I also like that claims are processed quickly and funds are deposited directly into my bank account.

Not impressed
The time they took to reimburse is too long. And the premium increase of most 20% for the second year is unexpected. The coverage isn’t even that inclusive that they oftenly calculate each item individually and at the end of day it’s not 80%/90%/100% coverage at all.

I had never had to file a claim for my dog Winston and I called for help in doing so today. Emi Bradley was the one that helped me and I have to say she was WONDERFUL. She walked me through every step I needed to do (even how to save everything to a file), I am sure it was frustrating for her to have to stop and give me time to do all the things, but, she did and I am very thankful for her help. I hope everyone is as helpful as she is. She is a great asset to your company.

Switched to Sonnet and now I’m saving over $1,200
I am so thrilled we were able to find affordable insurance through Sonnet! The online quote was very easy & straightforward, as was the quick phone call to set up our policy. We are now saving over $100/month for the exact same coverage we had with our previous insurance company, and I even find sonnet’s app/website to be more user friendly! All of my client/policy information is easily accessible through my account in the app, which saves me a phone call whenever I have a question :) We’re so happy we were able to cut down our monthly bills by making this simple switch & not having to make any sacrifices. Based on my experience so far I would highly recommend sonnet to anyone looking for more affordable insurance.
