Terrible!!!! I had to send in my pets paperwork from the veterinarian three times because they keep on asking to send it which I did again three times Pets Best is getting to be pets worse nightmare.

Not only that, I received a follow-up phone call related to an earler message I'd left for Fetch. I called Fetch back today to confirm my question had been addressed correctly and had the pleasure of speaking with another terrific agent named Kelsey who assured me all was in place as I'd understood. This level of attentive customer service is rare. Having been with another pet insurance company with our last dog, we are more than pleased with our switch to Fetch. Based on my two experiences and our quick claims responses over the past 6 years, Fetch is clearly doing things right!
