He explained the different options available, provided helpful, non-invasive suggestions, and kindly answered all of my questions. His demeanor and willingness to explain and re-explain options helped put my mind at ease as we talked through the different plans and add-ons. He was very patient as I took my time to discuss and decide with my partner what plan to choose. At no point did I feel rushed or like I was being pushed into different options, which was such a relief. This is the first pet I’ve adopted myself and the first time getting pet insurance; Josh’s help relieved my stress around getting her insured. He was an amazing representative to work with and I appreciate his help!

Easy filing process and fast return! I was really happy with how easy it was to submit the vet bill, without additional paperwork. I was also happy to get my return within 24 hours of filing the paperwork!

Peace of Mind
I purchased pet insurance when my dog was about 6 months old. He is now 5 years old! I purchase pet insurance for peace of mind with illness or injury. I wanted to be able to provide the best care for my dog when injury or illness has occurred without having to worry about how being able to financially afford. I pay my vet with my credit card, submit my claim and when I am reimbursed I use that money to make a payment on my credit card . So far I have had the peace of mind I was looking for. It is easy to upload invoices through their app. I have even gotten a reimbursement the same day as submitting the claim!

Quality of insurance
Once I got the system figured out, it has been going very well. A few glitches here and there but better than other insurances I have had. They are much quicker with reimbursement than any other insurance. Customer service has been helpful also.

Why I did not cancel my policy
I called to cancel my pets policy, not because I was unhappy with Embrace, but because with the rate increase due to aging pets was cost prohibitive. I spoke with a customer representative who never once pressured me to keep my current policy, but instead offered different options. In the end, I went with one of the options as it met my needs and was affordable. I'm glad to continue to be an Embrace Client as my pets and I have always received prompt friendly service with claims, questions and more.
