Very pleased
I have heard bad experiences about other Pet Insurance. I have had nothing but good experience. They are VERY transparent on the benefits and especially any exclusions. I have a bulldog with preexisting conditions that were excluded from benefits, rightfully so. That being said, his claims for covered expenses were processed extremely fast. They keep you informed of any information they need from the vet. I am very pleased with their product.

So glad I decided on pet insurance
I was contemplating get pet insurance or not and finally decided to get it. Man, am I thankful I did! My dog was bit at a dog park and the Emergency Vet bills were so high. Submitted a claim the next day and within a few days, Spot reimbursed me. The claim process was smooth and easy.

Best pet insurance!
I have had spot pet insurance for 3 years now and could not be happier! Invoices are always processed in a timely manner. My Shih Tzu has not had any major issues but it helps with small things like ear infections, skin allergies and yearly shots.
