Policy is really an savings plan
I paid for wellness care. Submitted the bill and learned the coverage has an annual maximum of approximately the premium you pay When I discovered this I cancelled. They then charged my cc the remainder of 1 year premiums. Is this insurance or a payment plan? Very unfair

Embrace has been wonderful
Embrace has been wonderful. I needed to use my insurance shortly after obtaining my policy and I embrace was more than accommodating. Embrace covered the cost of everything that was included in my policy and I was reimbursed in a timely manner. I tell all my coworkers about this insurance company since they do not include any hidden fees or exclusions in their policies.

it is not possible to do anything on the site and the service is slow
The insurance website is very basic. Everything you have to call and it will be long. Every claim you make, they will take more than a month to respond. Honestly, look for another insurance.
